Last night I made a delicious curried squash soup*, and of course, there were a ton of leftovers. Instead of using cling wrap/saran wrap to cover leftovers, I use plates or bowls! They work just as well (if not better), and don’t create any waste.
*The recipe calls for apple juice in it, but I didn’t put any in. I also used a combination of vegetable stock and mushroom broth that were left by guests (we Airbnb our spare room).
